And accept full responsibility for the treatment cost. We will make every effort to contact you to make any medical decisions. In the even we cannot get in touch do you give permission for us to decide what treatment would be in their best interest? *

I agree that my guinea pig/s will have ivermectin mite treatment 2 weeks prior to coming for boarding and on the day of drop off. If your guinea pigs come with mites or running lice their will be an additional charge of £5 per guinea pig & per treatment added to the finial bill *
